Nanoparticle-Based Treatment Approaches for Skin Cancer: A Systematic Review

نویسندگان

چکیده

Nanoparticles have shown marked promise as both antineoplastic agents and drug carriers. Despite strides made in immunomodulation, low success rates toxicity remain limitations within the clinical oncology setting. In present review, we assess advances delivery nanoparticles, for systemic topical use, skin cancer treatment. A systematic review of controlled trials, meta-analyses, Cochrane articles was conducted. Eligibility criteria included: (1) a primary focus on nanoparticle utility cancer; (2) available metrics prevention treatment outcomes; (3) detailed subject population; (4) English language; (5) archived full-text journal articles. total 43 were selected review. Qualitative analysis revealed that nanoscale systems demonstrate significant anti-metastasis properties: increased bioavailability, reduced toxicity, enhanced permeability retention effect, well tumor growth inhibition, among others. Nanoformulations cancers largely lagged behind those tested other cancers–several which commercialized formulae. However, emerging evidence has indicated powerful role these carriers targeting metastatic cancers.

New Approaches to Use Nanoparticles for Treatment of Colorectal Cancer; a Brief Review

Nanoparticles have been at the center of research focus as a new promising material for the treatment of cancer in recent years. Although many chemotherapy drugs for cancer treatment are available, their potential toxicity is the main point of concern. On the other hand, the conventional chemotherapeutic approach has not been found to be very efficient in colorectal cancer (CRC) as the drug mol...

Distal Approaches in Patellofemoral Pain: A Systematic Review, Part I

Purpose: Increased patellofemoral joint reaction force (PFJRF) is the main cause of patellofemoral pain syndrome (PFP). Foot pronation causes faulty joint coupling of the lower limb and increases the PFJRF. Therefore, the aim of systematic review is effect of the distal interventions on the clinical symptoms and kinematic of PFP patients.   Methods: The search strategy was carried out from Goo...
